5.3 Pricing and Payment
- Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT where applicable
- Payment terms will be agreed before work commences
- For larger projects, a deposit may be required
- We accept payment by bank transfer, cash, or card
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed
5.4 Cancellations
- Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a call-out charge
- If you need to cancel work that has already commenced, you will be liable for the cost of work completed and materials ordered
6. Workmanship and Guarantees
6.1 Quality Standards
All electrical work is carried out in accordance with BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations) and all applicable building regulations. We are NICEIC Approved Contractor, Part P Registered, 18th Edition BS 7671 Qualified.
6.2 Guarantee
- All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from completion
- This guarantee covers defects in workmanship and materials supplied by us
- The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, or normal wear and tear
- Manufacturer warranties on products and equipment may provide additional coverage
6.3 Certificates
Where required, we will issue appropriate electrical certificates (such as Electrical Installation Certificates, Minor Works Certificates, or EICRs). For notifiable work, certificates will be registered with the relevant competent person scheme and local authority building control.

We hold Public Liability Insurance up to £2 million. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
